We are happy to work with event co-ordinators on the logistics but typically require a minimum of 6 square metres (3×2).

Yes, a deposit of 25% is required. The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event.

Images will be made available to guests in real time. We have a number of ways of doing this, including by way of a QR code that takes the guest to an online gallery. Where requested, images will have already been watermarked, ready for sharing on social media.

All event organisers will receive a link allowing them to access their image gallery for a period of 60 days. All images can be downloaded by the event organisers and their guests.

All our equipment is PAT certified, and MOMNT is fully covered by public liability insurance.

Subject to certain venue requirements, we are happy to offer MOMNT for international events. Additional costs can be discussed.
